Resolve ThreadRouteScreen: upstream moved ThreadHeader into the
ThreadScreenBinding header slot; keep that and pass the thread there for
the linked pull request opener. Upstream's new DraftThreadHeader also
renders ThreadHeader, so it passes the draft shell, whose empty
pullRequests show no opener.
