fix(web): include agent browser access in Restore defaults

Every other reset-able row in the Browser section takes part in the page-level
Restore defaults; this toggle was silently skipped and left out of the
confirmation listing. It is re-granted like any other default, and the dialog
names it, so the user is told rather than finding out later.
