The expanded question panel still spent a strip on the provider header/source label above the question itself. Drop that label in expanded state so the question's own title and copy lead, float the count/caret/dismiss actions as one tight top-right cluster beside the first line, and keep headers only for the collapsed summary. Content stays centered at 16px insets. Mobile drops its per-question header label the same way.
