perf(mobile): highlight code with native @pierre/highlights instead of Shiki

Hermes has no WebAssembly, so wasm2c compiles @pierre/highlights' lexers to C
and a small T3Highlights Expo module runs them on iOS and Android. The file
viewer, review diffs, review comments and work-log code now tokenize
synchronously, so they render highlighted on the first frame, and review diffs
highlight every language highlights supports instead of seven.

Removes shiki, @shikijs/*, react-native-shiki-engine and its fbjni workaround.
