fix(mobile): keep mobile question queue positions stable

pendingRequestsAtom dropped settled user-input requests before deriving,
so the queue total shrank as questions were answered. Keep them as inputs,
show the m/n position in each mobile question eyebrow, and drop the unused
secondary markdown tone.
