"Queued" and "Pending" describe the outbox, not the outcome, and read
ambiguously next to a draft. The v2 status slot now says "Sends on
reconnect"; the v1 pill has room for one word so it keeps "Pending" and
the subtitle carries "Sends on reconnect" instead.
