fix(web): say why Blank profile is disabled, and drop a dead probe

At the profile cap the Blank profile item went grey with no explanation while the import rows stayed live, so the menu read as broken rather than full; a noninteractive item now names the cap, matching the menu's other explained states. Also deletes entryExists, which nothing reached once discovery moved to databaseFileExists and the lock probe inlined readLink.
