## Description

---

Spark lets you connect AI agents in a few clicks. An agents button in the sidebar opens a popover. A setup step sets each account's access (none, read, triage, send). A connect step lists the agents installed on this computer, each with its own setup. Spark also gives agents skills that teach them to use its CLI.

spark-rs has the first half ([PR #2](https://git.cafe/michael/spark-rs/pulls/2)): the per-account access levels in Settings > Agents, and `spark-cli mcp`. Connecting is still manual. Settings > Agents shows a command to copy for Claude Code, Codex, Hermes and other MCP agents, and there are no skills.

This issue covers:
- a Connect step that detects the agents on this computer and adds spark-rs to each one with a click (and removes it again);
- the agents popover in the sidebar, like Spark's;
- skills that teach agents how to use spark-rs's tools well.
