Add the composer's +AI menu

A +ai button in the composer toolbar. With an empty body it writes the
email from a request, offers Spark's "Invite to a meeting..." and "Make an
intro to..." starters, and in a reply the Interested / Not interested /
Thanks quick replies. With text, it rephrases, shortens, expands,
proofreads, breaks into paragraphs or changes the tone of the selection
(or the whole draft), or rewrites it the way the request says.

Replies to your own email are written as follow-ups and forwards get a
note to go above the email. A finished or stopped rewrite can be undone,
a failed one puts the text back, and without a provider the strip offers
Set up AI. One compose_with_ai command replaces draft_quick_reply.
