Keep machines in sync through git.cafe

A SessionStart hook fetches origin, fast-forwards a clean checkout that is
behind, and tells the agent about unpushed or uncommitted work.
docs/agents/git-workflow.md asks agents to pull at the start of a session,
push each finished change to main (or open a PR when asked), and put
unfinished work on a wip/ branch. Shell scripts are checked out with LF so
the hook runs under Git Bash on Windows.
