A soft C then E over a low C and G, about half a second, made in the app
rather than copied from Spark and shaped and leveled to match it. Windows
plays it, so it sounds without the pop-up's page or taking the focus. It
plays when a meeting shows that didn't before (new, moved or back from a
snooze), and Settings → Notifications → Meetings → Sound turns it off.
