Add a calendar for Microsoft 365 accounts

A Calendar button in the sidebar (showing today's date) opens the user's
Microsoft 365 calendars in Day, Week or Month view in place of the list
and reader: events side by side where they overlap, an all-day row, the
now line, a preview with Join and Yes / Maybe / No, and a side panel with
a small month and the next meeting. The demo accounts get a demo calendar.

Events are read through Graph's calendar view for the stretch on screen,
in UTC, and stored per calendar so the screen opens at once; reading a
stretch again replaces what's stored in it. Answering an event goes
through Graph, telling the organizer when they asked to hear back.

Sign-ins now ask for Calendars.ReadWrite. Accounts signed in before keep
refreshing with the mail permissions only, so their mail keeps working;
the calendar screen offers to sign in again, which grants the calendar.
Creating and editing events, and Gmail calendars, aren't there yet.
