server: skip non-UTF-8 checkouts instead of failing worktree listing

registered() turned one non-UTF-8 worktree path into a BAD_PARAMS error,
so worktree.list, open, create and remove failed for every checkout of the
repository. Skip that entry (it can't be represented or opened) and keep
main tied to the first porcelain record.
