tests: name temp dirs with unique ids, not the clock

Seventeen test fixtures built temp paths from pid + nanoseconds; tests in
one process running in parallel could read the same clock value and share
a directory (seen in tests/worktrees.rs: 'could not lock config file',
then the other test's Drop deleted it). Use new_pane_id() instead.
