gui: assert sidebar priority order in the display test

Review follow-up on 001: the ignored event-batch test now asserts
rendered row order plus selection stability across float/sink/rise
transitions (spec US1 scenario 3). A selection-restore in
Sidebar::update proved unnecessary — GTK keeps selection on moved
rows — so only a doc note remains.
