gui: sidebar nests task workspaces and opens a context menu (#18)

Orchestrator tasks each open their own workspace, and those rows sat
flat among the user's own. A task workspace now nests under the
workspace whose pane launched it (one level, chains flatten to the
root, orphans and cycles fall back to roots). Child rows are compact
two-line rows, indented, without mark or metadata line. The root shows
a "▾ N tasks · M need you" toggle that collapses the group instantly.
Groups sort and enter "Needs you" as a unit, so a waiting child lifts
its whole group. Tasks are seeded before the first full paint, and task
events re-sort the sidebar.

Right-click, Menu or Shift+F10 on a row selects that workspace and
opens a pointer-anchored menu: Rename, Show Changes, Worktrees, New Tab,
then Close Workspace. All entries reuse the existing win.* actions.

Spec 001 gains a 2026-10-05 amendment for the grouping rule.
