```
gui: tinted attention pill and bundled new-tab icon
The header's "● 2" becomes a pill tinted by the worst attention it
counts, in the same colours as the sidebar's status slot. It has a
hover wash and scales slightly on press. New Tab uses a bundled icon,
because icon themes like Papirus draw tab-new as a monitor.
