gui: collapse tilde only on a true home path boundary (#24)

`tilde` used `starts_with(HOME)`, so a shorter HOME like `/home/sim`
turned a neighbor path `/home/simon/...` into `~/on/...`. Require an
exact home match or a following `/` before collapsing to `~`.
