The window title kept the filesystem path as a permanent subtitle.
Show the workspace and its agents instead, and keep the path on hover.

The approval bar was a flat tint with three equal answers. It is now
a card (inset hairline plus a shade drop that stays inside the pane)
and Allow once is the only suggested action.
