gui: verb-tense run state in the sidebar

Rows without an explicit message now read "Working for 2m…" while an
agent runs and "Worked for 2m" once the turn ends (docs/14 §6), in the
same slot. The longest-running pane speaks for the workspace, and the
30s tick re-renders the headline alongside relative times.
