gui: t3code-style sidebar rows with one status slot

Rows drop the leading dot column for three quiet lines: name with a
status slot on the right, the headline, then branch or folder with the
agents on the right. The slot says one thing in one colour (Approval,
Input, Working, Waiting, Failed, Done while unread) and falls back to
the relative time. The close button shares the slot and crossfades in on
hover or keyboard focus, so resting rows carry no controls.
