cli: fix named attaches and relative working directories (#113)

* specs: record CLI identity and cwd regression requirements

* cli: pin named attaches to their pane IDs

The server resolves names in each request and emits exit/close events with opaque IDs. Retain the pane.get ID so event comparisons and later input stay bound to the original pane even after its name is reused. Exercise close, process exit, and name reuse with the real CLI in a controlling PTY.

* cli: resolve explicit cwd in the caller directory

Relative cwd was sent unchanged and interpreted by the server in its own working directory. Share the existing task path resolver with new, pane spawn and pane split, and exercise all three using pwd from a separate temporary checkout.

* tests: separate attach startup and behavior deadlines

Allow the real CLI ten seconds to reach raw mode when integration fixtures run concurrently. Input routing and termination still have three-second limits, so startup scheduling cannot masquerade as the identity regression.

* qa: record CLI regression and full verification evidence
