• T005 Unify verification skill, conditional routing, handoff, rubric and evaluation bank.
• T006 Run full checks, minimum Rust, inspect evidence and independent review.
• T007 Commit, push, create and link the PR; inspect hosted checks.

T002 precedes T003; T003 precedes T004. T005 uses the finalized command interface. T006 gates T007. Root owns all edits and integration; design/review agents are read-only.
