fix(cli): pass provider overrides by CLI name and keep unknown CLI status (#424)

The advanced provider override reached `usage` and `cost` unmapped. CLI
0.67.0 answers `--provider abacus` and `--provider alibabatokenplan` with
Codex usage, so the widget showed the wrong provider's data when the
per-provider fallback could not run (a source override without account
overrides). Route both commands through ProviderIdentity.providerCliArgument
like the other command builders.

An unidentified CLI installation fell through to the online check, where
the empty version turned "unknown" into "uncomparable". Keep "unknown"
and skip the release request.

Reject `..` archive members inside the managed CLI resource bundle with
archive_name instead of failing later with FileExistsError.
