fix(ci): mark QML JS helpers as QML for Linguist/CodeQL (#232)

Prevent Linguist from counting contents/ui/*.js as JavaScript, which
made GitHub's CodeQL default setup propose javascript-typescript and
fail with "No JavaScript/TypeScript code found" (the QML dialect uses
.pragma library / .import and is not buildable as standalone JS).
Default setup is now locked to actions+python via API; this keeps it
from re-enabling JS on future syncs.
```
