chore(release): prepare 0.2.36

Date the reviewed changelog entries, align applet metadata, and update release-related screenshot descriptions. Existing usage, requirements, CLI contracts, and TODO remain accurate.

Validation: make check and make package passed in the pinned Plasma CI image; 894 QtTests and 62 Python tests passed without skips. Validated v0.2.36 notes and the package manifest, README links, compiled catalogs, and checksum.
