fix(agents): isolate parity sandbox working directory and verify skill links

- Add --chdir /tmp/probe to bwrap sandbox in parity-review skill so probes do
  not fall back to read-only root when cwd is masked by tmpfs.
- Download and verify release assets in parity-review without changing the
  host working directory.
- Clean up temporary probe and release download directories with rm -rf.
- Validate .claude Markdown links and verify .agents/skills symlink mirrors
  in test_documentation.py.
