## Message

```
fix(settings): correct numeric editing and accessibility (#531)
Keep unit suffixes out of KDE's per-keystroke number editors, hold the
Custom preset while editing, and retire settings roster replies when the
CLI changes. Name provider option and Diagnostics controls for screen
readers and expose predictive-notification help to keyboard users.
Documentation impact: update README, usage, development, descriptor
reference, Unreleased changelog and all five catalogs. TODO is unchanged:
these fixes repair existing Settings behavior without completing parity
work or changing a CLI contract.
```
