fix: polish provider typography and selection contrast (#153)

Refine provider row spacing, metadata typography, and selection contrast. Align account and plan baselines and let incident badges grow with system text sizes.

Validated with make check, packaging, and native smoke tests using Breeze light and dark with normal and enlarged fonts.
