fix(ai-insights): keep Back labels literal (#565)

Render the analysis Back title through PlainPlasmaLabel while preserving the Plasma ToolButton icon and navigation. Cover markup, entities, hidden views, active mnemonics and ordinary labels with direct runtime tests.

Documentation: update the usage and AI Insights guides and Unreleased changelog. TODO is unaffected because this corrects existing presentation without a parity gap or CLI contract change.
