fix(cost): ignore future dates when sizing all history (#501)

All-history span calculation included daily dates after the reported scan day while daily and model normalization already excluded those records. This widened the window backwards, added empty days, and lowered daily cost and token averages.

Filter span candidates against a validated scan day and preserve the recorded-date fallback when the scan date is unavailable. Cover next-day, distant-future, reordered, future-only, and multi-year history. Update Unreleased, usage and cost-history guidance; no CLI contract, config, translation, packaging or TODO parity changes are required.
