feat(providers): add 0.75.0 metadata and API key setup (#519)

Add original artwork and fallback metadata for Parallel, fal, and FLORA.
Offer Command Code and fal key setup only with CLI 0.75.0 or later,
using the existing secure stdin prompt and lifecycle guards.

Update the usage guide, README, changelog, catalogs, icon attribution,
and TODO. Keep FLORA workspace and Parallel cookie setup blocked.

Validation: make check exited 0 with 112 local Qt skips and one Python
skip due to unavailable standalone Plasma imports; type lint was partial.
make package and real Plasma settings/version-lifecycle probes passed.
```
