* fix(popup): preserve detail sections from native Qt lists

Convert normalized detail lists at the QML presentation boundary so strict visibility filters keep live sections. Add a native-list hide/restore regression. Documentation: update Unreleased and development coverage; usage behavior and TODO scope are unchanged.

* fix(popup): draw peak guides for provider detail bars

Accept the official detail chart bars kind alongside local cost bar. Verify actual Canvas pixels for both kinds and keep line charts unchanged. Documentation: update Unreleased and development test coverage; TODO is unaffected.
