Both the Providers and the Display config pages loaded their CLI list
twice on open: Component.onCompleted called reload() /
loadOverviewProviders() directly while the cfg_commandPath injection
fired onCfg_commandPathChanged, which queues the same load via
Qt.callLater. Whichever trigger ran second disconnected the first
command and spawned a replacement, and under the
injection-after-completion ordering the discarded first run executed
with the fallback codexbar path instead of the configured one.

Route the Component.onCompleted call through Qt.callLater as well:
callLater coalesces repeated calls of the same function before the
deferred pass, and the deferred call reads the injected command path at
execution time, so exactly one correctly-targeted load runs per page
open under either injection ordering.
