* fix(status): guard localized indicator lookup

* test(status): cover inherited indicator names

* docs(changelog): note status indicator fix

* test(status): exercise indicator label fallbacks

Replace the source-expression assertion with production-function QtTests. Restoring the old lookup fails constructor, __proto__, and toString cases. The existing Unreleased entry covers the fix; usage guides, catalogs, config, CLI contracts, metadata, and TODO remain accurate. make check passed; local pyflakes and the optional TODO gate were skipped.
