style(ui): align Diagnostics support report preview button with DisclosureButton primitive (#572)

- Use `plainText` property instead of `text` on `supportPreviewDisclosure` in `configDiagnostics.qml`.
- `DisclosureButton` inherits from `PlainButton.qml`, which expects `plainText` to safely bind and format the button text and accessible name. Direct assignment to `text` broke the text binding and resulted in an empty label.
- Update `CHANGELOG.md` under `Unreleased` -> `Fixed`.
