Official CodexBar 0.67.0 adds Aixy, Raycast, and xKiro, bringing the
registry to 87 records. Bundle a name, an original non-vendor icon, the
upstream dashboard, the docs link, and the brand color for each.

Probes against the checksum-verified official Linux asset, run in an
empty temporary home with synthetic keys, show that `set-api-key` feeds
the Aixy and xKiro default sources, so both join the API-key setup
allowlist. Raycast rejects config API keys and needs a macOS-only web
source. A loopback Aixy fixture verifies its budget lanes, detail rows,
and spend-only provider cost; its lanes are titled "Budget" and
"Secondary budget", and xKiro's "Daily free tokens".

0.67.0 also emits an English `historyLabel` with a new `reportingPeriod`
on every cost record. The widget preferred any CLI label, so every cost
range lost its translation. Rolling ranges now keep the widget's
localized title.

Documentation impact: adds and indexes the dated 0.67.0 review, moves
the TODO baseline to 0.67.0, adds a cost reporting periods entry for the
new `cost --period` flag, rechecks the descriptor, config-action, Cursor
cost, and display-currency blockers, records the cost label evidence,
and updates the registry count in README and the usage guide.
