Declare required delegate properties in all Repeaters

Explicitly declare required property var modelData (and index where used) in all Repeater delegates across the applet and config surfaces, avoiding implicit QML scope lookups in Qt 6. Add static assertion in test_ui_regressions.sh to prevent future regressions.
