fix(providers): restore Docs links for ClinePass and LongCat (#398)

The fallback identity table shipped dashboard, brand, and icon rows for
both providers but no documentation rows, so the popup and Providers
settings silently dropped their Docs menu entries. Both guides exist in
the official docs tree.
```
