CLI 0.67.0 rejects `config set-api-key` with "<provider> does not support
config API keys." for Alibaba Token Plan, Bedrock, Command Code, DeepSeek,
Grok, Manus, Mimo, Perplexity, StepFun, and Windsurf, but
supportsApiKeySetup still listed them, so Providers showed a "Set API key..."
action that can only fail and an inaccurate "Supported" status row. Remove
the ten IDs so they fall back to "Use provider login/source" with the
Docs/Dashboard/Login links, following #413.
