With "Show reset times as clock time", every reset was formatted as a
weekday and time. A weekday names one date only within the next six
days, so a weekly limit that had just reset, due again on today's
weekday, read as resetting later today ("Sun 13:00" on a Sunday at
12:00 for a reset seven days away), and a monthly limit read as a day
of this week.
ResetPresentation.absoluteShowsDate compares local calendar days with
the live panel clock; resetText keeps "ddd HH:mm" from today through the
next six days and uses "MMM d, HH:mm" beyond that, before today, or
without a usable clock.
