* fix(diagnostics): tolerate carriage returns in environment probe

Normalize newlines before splitting stdout in environmentSummary so that
CRLF output from wrappers or shells does not leave a trailing carriage
return that trips control-character path rejection. Also mark the probe
as failed immediately when checking versions with an empty command path.
