Run make check and make package on push/PR to main inside a KDE neon
container (so qmllint resolves Plasma/Kirigami imports and kpackagetool6
is available). On v* tags, publish dist/codexbar-plasma.plasmoid to a
GitHub Release. Third-party release action is pinned to a commit SHA.
