The Popup and Providers settings categories shared the view-list-details icon; Popup now uses view-preview so the sidebar distinguishes the two pages at a glance.

Bound the implicit width of the CLI release, managed CLI, and version status text in General and Diagnostics to the same 24-grid-unit preferred measure as the other settings hints, so long status lines cannot force the form into narrow mode or push content past the viewport. The elided resolved-command path keeps stretching in wide dialogs.

Extend tst_config_model to require a non-empty, distinct icon per settings category; verified it fails on the duplicated icon and passes with the fix.
