fix(qml): preserve provider tab focus and refresh chart themes (#613)

Use ordered provider IDs for the tab model, invalidate Canvas guides when the theme text color changes, and qualify descriptor-field snapshot accesses.

Document the restored popup behavior and regression coverage; update Unreleased. README, translations, metadata and Linux parity TODO are unaffected because setup, strings and CLI contracts do not change.
