The Sessions tab copy confirmation was keyed by delegate index. A
sessions refresh that lands inside the 1.2 s confirmation window can
insert or reorder the model, lighting up the copied marker on whatever
card now owns the old index while the actually-copied card loses its
feedback. Key the marker on the normalized session identity instead
(provider, project, session name, activity stamp) so it stays attached
to the copied session.
