Official CodexBar 0.65.0 adds Bifrost, Charm Hyper, and GitKraken AI, bringing the registry to 80 records. Bundle a name, an original non-vendor icon, the upstream brand color, and the docs link for each, plus dashboard links for Charm Hyper and GitKraken AI and the `gk` alias. Probes against the checksum-verified official Linux asset, run in an empty temporary home with synthetic keys, decide the setup allowlist. GitKraken AI fetches with a stored key under the default source, so it gains API-key setup. Charm Hyper stores a key, but its default source still demands web support on Linux. Bifrost also needs a gateway URL that no CLI command writes. Neither joins the allowlist. A loopback Bifrost fixture verifies detail-row `progress`/`usageValue` and `usageKnown: false` named windows in official Linux output. Plasma already keeps those windows unknown; detail-row progress becomes an implementable TODO entry. Documentation impact: adds and indexes the dated 0.65.0 review, moves the TODO baseline to 0.65.0 and rechecks the carried-forward blockers, and updates the registry count in README and the usage guide.
