Address CodeRabbit review findings

Date-only updatedAt values were parsed as UTC and then converted through local getters, shifting sparse cost windows in UTC-negative zones. Preserve validated calendar dates directly and pin QML tests to a negative timezone. Also require the full absent-descriptor guard in the notification lifecycle assertion.
