* feat(status): expand Claude and OpenAI status pages into components

The official CLI reports only the overall provider status, while the macOS
app lists each service component. Read the public Claude Statuspage and
OpenAI incident.io feeds through a bounded out-of-process helper and show
them under Status Page, keeping a TODO to move to an official CLI field.
