style(ui): improve account selector button padding and elision math

Include icon-to-label spacing (Kirigami.Units.smallSpacing) in the labelPadding calculation for account selection buttons in ProviderAccountsPanel.qml. This ensures the available width calculation for account labels is exact, preventing premature or improper text truncation.
